Bayshore is located on the far west end of the city, and is home to one of Ottawa's largest movie theatres, the Coliseum, as well as one of Ottawa’s largest shopping centres; Bayshore Mall. There are plenty of grocery stores and other small shops and services sprinkled through the neighbourhood.

Judge Park, Bayshore Park and the Ottawa Rideau Parkway are beautiful sections of green space that support the community by providing recreation areas, environmental benefits, and aesthetic satisfaction. There are plenty of churches, community centres and recreation centres in and nearby the community. As a family oriented community, both Bayshore Catholic, Dr. F.J. McDonald Catholic schools are conveniently tucked into this quiet neighbourhood.

The West End location and proximity to major transportation links the building to our booming High tech industry. OC Transpo has a large station near Bayshore linking to the city, and the 417 is just a quick drive away. Bus routes 172, 2, and 97 all stop in many convenient locations.
