Home Cleaning Services

• We offer an alternative approach to home cleaning which combines the personal touch of having your own private maid with the professionalism and security of a large company.
• Philosophy
  Our philosophy is to treat our Clients and our Staff with respect and to take on only the tasks at which we know we can deliver excellence. We don't overbook and we don't accept jobs we are not skilled at doing. If we are unable to serve you well we will refer you to the place that can. Our system of policies, procedures, and quality control was awarded the prestigious Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau.
• Regular Service
  Regular service is offered on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. Pricing is based on the tasks involved and the size of the home. Your individual cleaning profile will be discussed and set at the time of your quote. To get pricing information or arrange for a quote, locate the office near you.
• One-Time Service
  We also offer a one-time service is for those who have special cleaning needs such as a party or a move. This is available for a minimum of 3 cleaning hours. This would be one Cleaner coming for 3 hours of work, or two Cleaners working together for 1.5 hours.
• Your specific needs will be discussed at the time of booking, and you can control your budget by establishing how many hours you book.
• Payment for one-time service must be reserved with a Visa or Mastercard. We are able to provide an excellent quality vacuum, mop, and all cleaning products. For the rates in your area, locate the office near you.

Window & Carpet Cleaning

These services are booked separately. You do not have to be a regular house cleaning client in order to arrange these services.

Each of our locations partner with outstanding professionals in their area who specialize in windows and carpets. We carefully select providers who have the quality tools, knowledge, and training to perform an excellent job.  Our special arrangement allows you enjoy competitive pricing, and benefit from dealing with the same contact person who organizes your pet sitting and regular cleaning service. No need to deal with several companies - call your Concierge for all your cleaning needs.

Pet Sitting

• Special treatment for special friends
  Our pet sitting service is an alternative to boarding and kenneling. Some pets become very stressed when taken out of their familiar environment. They are more comfortable remaining at home while the people of the house are away.
• However, many of our Clients don't want to impose on neighbours or friends to care for their animals. Often, family and friends are not available to help because your trip is planned for long weekends and holidays when many people are busy.
• Keeping Your Pets at Home
  Our service will allow your pet to remain safe in the comforts of their usual surroundings. Schedule daily visits, every other day, or even twice a day - whatever is best for your pet and your peace of mind. We gather all instructions from you - litterbox, food portions, refreshing water, grooming, playtime. While at your home we can also bring in the mail, water plants, and change lights around. Setting up pet sitting services requires that we come to your home to obtain keys and gather all the information we need, such as emergency contact numbers and veterinary information.
• Dog Walking
  If you have a new puppy needing extra attention, or work long hours and lack the time required to give your dog adequate exercise, our dog walking service may be what you are looking for. We offer individual attention for your dog. We don't walk dogs in groups, nor do we transport them to a park to run loose. Our dog walker will visit your home during the day to take your dog out for a walk in his own neighbourhood.
• Our pet sitting staff are all fully insured and bonded. They are pet owners themselves and love the fact that they earn money taking care of and loving animals!
• Payment
  Payment for pet sitting services is due in full before your first visit. For longer pet sitting contracts, payments are made in advance on a weekly basis.

House Sitting

• Go away with a little peace-of-mind
  Leaving your home behind can cause additional stress when travelling, whether it is for a short business trip, or a vacation week at the cottage. Newspapers can be put on hold, but what flyering piling up on your porch? Or houseplants which need care? If the furnace breaks down, your house insurance will not cover you for any damage from frozen pipes if you have not had the home checked on during your absence.
• Maintain a Routine
  Our house sitting service can check on your home while you are away to ensure that everything is functioning normally, plants are tended to, and the front porch isn't cluttered. A daily visit, or a visit every second or third day is enough to ensure that your home doesn't appear neglected in your absence. • Setting up house sitting services requires that we meet with you to obtain your key, get emergency contact numbers, and all instructions relating to the needs of your home while you are away. Payment for house sitting services is due in full before your first visit. For extended house sitting contracts, post-dated payment arrangements are made.
