Stephen Lau MSc.

Stephen has a MSc. degree in Biochemistry and has been applying his knowledge in research based analysis to the field of web marketing for the last 7 years.

He has worked at several national ad agencies and started his own successful marketing agency, Engine Creative Inc., where he continued working as a web marketing consultant focusing on search engine positioning, keyword market research analysis, market segmentation, and web analytics services. Stephen now owns, Salient Marketing Inc., an Internet Marketing agency focused on helping clients get web traffic and convert web visitors. Stephen is also a partner in a real estate marketing company called Real Estate Marketing Garage, which services successful realtors and property management companies across North America

Stephen has experience in a variety of industries: public sector, retail, telecommunications, e-business, legal, high tech, travel and associations; and has worked on the development of marketing initiatives for national and multi-national organizations: Cognos, Alcan, Nortel, Sears Travel, Sunlight Detergent, Canada Post, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Industry Canada and Department of National Defense.

Kim Hadley

Kim has worked as a graphic designer for over 20 years. Initially working in the communications department of FERIC, a forest research firm. She started her own company Imaginations/Everything Inc., in 1998 in Ottawa. Kim is also a partner in Real Estate Marketing Garage, which services successful realtors and property management companies across North America

I/E has established itself as a well respected firm specializing in unique and custom designed websites for realtors. Winning awards, and searched out by real estate agents throughout Canada and the US. She has worked with many top producing realtors in both countries.

Specializing in realtor sites, she has also worked for government agencies, lawyers, artists, farmers, small and large businesses alike. Her clients extend worldwide, including clients in the West Indies, South America, Canada, United States and Europe.

Craig Doornbos

Craig Doornbos is President and founder of Destination Ottawa Inc., producers of OttawaKiosk.com - The oldest and most trusted online guide to the best of Ottawa's hospitality, entertainment and business communities. With over 10 years in the online industry, Mr. Doornbos is considered an expert on search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing and branding, and building business properties through the Internet.

A graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa (B.A. Political Science, B.A. Honours Interdisciplinary Studies), Mr. Doornbos studied the Internet in depth during his final academic year, concluding with his Thesis: Paradox of the Internet. The focus of this innovative study, at the onset of the Internet, was the impact it would have (good and bad) on society as a whole. It was at this time that OttawaKiosk.com was born. Mr. Doornbos has been working in the Internet industry ever since.

The son of a Canadian diplomat, Craig grew up all over the world, living in Vancouver, Hong Kong, New Delhi, The Hague and Vienna, an experience that is the root of his love for travel. His unique perspective on Canada and the world contribute to the success of his companies. Communicating with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds is a key to his success.

Craig also has an active role in his local community, as a volunteer member of his community association, and a member of the ByWard Market BIA marketing Committee. While not working, Craig enjoys spending time with his 3 children - Keona, Rory and Cooper, and his lovely wife Adrianne. They make their home outside of Manotick, Ontario just south of Ottawa.
