We know condos! Jean Lacroix & Scott Wilson each have more than 20 years of Condominium Management experience. They offer their clients an in-depth understanding of the unique qualities of condominium living and a practical knowledge of the complex legal, financial and physical aspects of condominiums.

With a financial management background, Jean Lacroix began his career as a controller then vice-president of a mid-sized condominium management company. Jean freely offers his experience with, and knowledge of the many condominium communities of Ottawa.

Scott Wilson has written articles on condominiums for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Ottawa Citizen. Scott was a speaker at the 2004 Acmo/CCI Conference in Toronto and the Acmo/CCI Conference in Ottawa. He is a Registered Condominium Manager with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and currently sits on the board of directors of ACMO.

To date Jean and Scott have assisted first time buyers, first time sellers, seniors, investors, and businesses. They represented client with sales of condominium apartments/towns, single family homes, recreational properties, commercial land and commercial retail/office properties.
