I (The Vendor) hereby agree to the following: 1. Payment must be made in full before any services are rendered. 2. Ottawa Living signage will be provided for a 6 month period or until the earlier of: a. The property has been sold. b. The Owner wishes to discontinue the service, subject to verbal or written notice to Ottawa Living. 3. Ottawa Living has the permission to install a "sold" sign for a minimum of three weeks after the property has sold, if you have chosen a sign package.. 4.For Sale and Open House Signs remain the property of Ottawa Living and shall be returned to Ottawa Living once the home is sold or the contract is terminated. The Vendor agrees to compensate Ottawa Living for lost materials if the signage is not returned at the end of the sale ($80.00 per For Sale Sign & Post, $50.00 per Open House Sign). 5. Responsibility of the purchase or sale of the home remains with property owner. It is wise to consult an Ottawa real estate lawyer for any transactions regarding your home. 6. Ottawa Living makes no representation whatsoever as to the market value of the Owner's home nor has Ottawa Living represented itself to be a Real Estate Broker or Agent. 7. The information provider by the vendor will be used for marketing of the listing(s) on the world wide web. The Vendor shall indemnify and hold Ottawa Living harmless from any claims, action, damages, liability and expense which may result from its reliance on the information provided by the Vendor. 8. Ottawa Living reserves the right to edit and approve all content on the website.
